Born in 1967, he grew up in the Olimpia Lubjana youth division before moving to the United States at Oregon State.
Upon returning to Europe came great personal successes with the shirts of Fortitudo Bologna, Alba Berlin, Trieste and Udine. Legend of Slovenian basketball, he is part of the 90s dream team of the former Yugoslavia.
At the end of his career he became coach of Snaidero Udine and Scafati and General Manager with Fortitudo Bologna, of which he is still one of the most popular flags. He is currently the Vice President of Fortitudo Bologna.
